Using RFID^* technology, we offer management throughout the product life cycle (PLM), including the simplification of material management and pick-up, as well as maintenance/management.
*RFID refers to a technology whereby data registered in storage media, such as IC tags (RFID tags), is read/re-written via radio waves.

Use of RFID tags saves the effort required when it comes to checking the actual products

Material management

• Can be used for managing important assets, parts, and tools. Prevents loss and improves efficiency of asset management.

Production management

• Can be used for progress management in production process. Allows for real-time checks and the accurate ascertaining of conditions.

Acceptance

• Can be utilized in acceptance inspection work. Allowing inspection without unpacking, it drastically shortens work hours.
