METAWATER Acquires All Shares of E&P Anlagenbau GmbH in Germany¡ª Strengthening Our European Business Foundation to Accelerate International Business ¡ª
METAWATER Co., Ltd. (President: Kenji Yamaguchi, Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter, "METAWATER") has completed the share transfer procedures for the German company, E&P Anlagenbau GmbH (hereinafter, "E&P"), and has acquired all its shares.
E&P is an engineering company specializing in wastewater and sludge treatment. The company has a proven track record of providing technologies for nitrogen and phosphorus removal at sewage treatment plants in Germany, where environmental regulations are becoming stricter. It has also earned a high reputation from German municipalities, including Berlin, for its comprehensive capabilities in handling projects from design to construction.
With the Integration of E&P into the METAWATER Group, we will strive to maximize the resources held by both companies and create synergy, thereby further strengthening and expanding our business foundation in Europe.
