Receipt of Order for Ceramic Membranes for Church Wilne Water Treatment Works in U.K.¡« The 7th project to adopt CeraMac? developed by PWNT ¡«
METAWATER Co., Ltd. (President: Kenji Yamaguchi; Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; "METAWATER") is pleased to announce that it has received an order from PWNT Holding B.V. (CEO: Cl¨¦ment Pierart; Headquarters: Velserbroek, The Netherlands; "PWNT") for ceramic membranes for Church Wilne Water Treatment Works in U.K. This marks the seventh project to receive an order for ceramic membranes through PWNT.
Church Wilne Water Treatment Works is designed as a low-carbon emissions water treatment facility in compliance with the United Kingdom's Green Recovery Scheme. As a technology in the water purification process, PWNT's CeraMac?, for which METAWATER supplies ceramic membranes, was selected. Furthermore, METAWATER's ceramic membranes have been evaluated for their superiority in terms of filtration performance to eliminate turbidity and pathogens such as Cryptosporidium, their long service life, and their recyclability.
In its Mid-Term Management Plan 2023, METAWATER Group has focused on "strengthening and expanding the international business" as a key growth area. METAWATER will continue to accelerate the expansion of sales of ceramic membranes and growth of our international business in cooperation with group companies and partners around the world.
