New Credit Rating Acquired from JCR
METAWATER Co., Ltd. (President: Kenji Yamaguchi, Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "METAWATER") has received an objective assessment of its main business activities and financial position from a third-party institution and newly acquired a credit rating effective today from Japan Credit Rating Agency, Ltd. (hereinafter "JCR") in order to enhance its external creditworthiness and diversify and stabilize its financing capabilities for future expansion of its business platform.
