Business Transfer of Water Quality Measuring Systems for Water Supply
METAWATER Co., Ltd. (President: Yasushi Nakamura, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter referred to as "The Company") has entered into an agreement as of September 30, 2017 with DKK-TOA CORPORATION (President: Toshio Takahashi; Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter referred to as "DKK-TOA "), a comprehensive "water, air, and gas" measuring instrument manufacturer, to transfer its business relating to water quality measuring systems for water supply to DKK-TOA. The business is scheduled to be transferred as of April 1, 2018.
The Company will continue to develop systems to comprehensively support the safe and stable operation of water supply facilities and offer optimum water quality solutions to customers by utilizing its abundant know-how which includes selection and application methods of various water quality measuring systems and sensors.
